Calculates the quantiles for each row in a matrix.

## S3 method for class 'matrix':
rowQuantiles(x, which, ...)

`x`	A `numeric` `matrix`.
`which`	An `integer` `vector` in `[1,ncol(x)]` specifying the quantiles to be returned.
`...`	Not use.

Returns a double vector of length equal to number of rows in x.
