Table 1: Parameter estimates. Parameter 'a' is the estimated offset introduced by scanner's PMT and modelled to be equal for all scans of the same array. 'A0' equals log2a and shows the minimum log-intensity observable, cf. M vs A plots below. The 'b' parameters are the estimated scale factors for each scan (first scan is always 1). 'log2b' gives the relative "log-ratio" shift between scans (first scan is always zero). The columns '#iter' show how many iterations IWPCA needed in order to converge.
